Service Description

1 hr personal training sessions customized for your unique goals. Each session comprises of: a) 45 minutes of personalized fitness training to work on: • strength • flexibility • balance • cardio endurance • recovery b) 15 minutes for checking in, goal and action planning, and health education (depending on your personal goals or challenges). c) An initial consult and intake call (30-45 minutes) for your health history/check-in and to set targets so Chris can create your custom program. $1500* for 12 sessions. *Pricing depends on location - if longer travel time and parking, there will be a small travel fee.
