Regular meetings help build supportive habits, clarity, and momentum to get you where you want to be, and our sessions are a safe place for you to explore and build self-confidence and awareness.
Do I need to prepare or have a specific issue before beginning?
Not always - if something feels off or stalled, we'll get to the bottom of it!
If you do know what you want to tackle or work on, bring that to the table and we'll get right to it.
What's the commitment?
A one-hour session every two weeks* over a span of 4 months, for a total of 10 sessions.
